Service industry a must and quality a measurement of performance based on customer satisfaction.
Today, we live in an era of continuous
performance and improvement. In the service
industry we recognize that all services an
d equipment must one form or another
be rendered under certain serviceable
program in order to maintain and sustain
reusability and achieve Total Productive
Program (TPM).
However, as statistics
indicate that most of this doesn't
take place for reasons other than prolonging
serviceable life of these facilities.
In light of overcoming the balance for
price and quality, a service company must
be able to measure and ascertain the key
factors that effect and affect the measure-ment
of quality and be able to associate a price
tag to this service quality.
With the continual demand in
obtaining better service for less, we are
determine to put our business resources
and management focus on first understanding the
market
requirement and its challenges, then meeting the
requirement which benefits both the customers
and ourselves to achieve a win-win business
philosophy. Lastly, we wish to develop the local
know-how of the local industry in conjunction
with the National Human Resource Development
Program and activities.Meanwhile, we thank

Earlier year 2000, we are the same team of people who initially re-commissioned the Empire Hotel & Country Club. Specially appointed by Tang Sung Lee during that stage of the project whereby many issues arise in the air conditioning portion of the job scope and none other is competent to fulfill the completion requirement except with the effort and corporation of our team members. We managed to overcome and completed the commissioning challenge within the short period of allocated time. This resulted in us obtaining the direct award of the maintenance contract during the liability period of the project with Tang Sung Lee. This experience and effort made by our team was known by many in the industry and its becoming a pillar stone in recognition of our striving to be the best service team available in and for the industry.

in the M&E service industry. With
further involvement in M&E maintenance
contracts in the country, we established
ourselves in the industry with loyal
customers who valued service quality
as much as ourselves. And with the
customer satisfaction with our
service as priority, we are
striving towards earning that

as recognition of our own success.
